welcome to

Slow Wellness

Slow Wellness is a method of living better rather than faster. Our approach celebrates quality over quantity, humanity over hustle culture, and mindfulness over autopilot. Adopting a slower approach to self care makes space for self-reflection and self-awareness as part of a daily practice.

The energy of slow wellness brings magic to the mundane and turns routines into rituals as we prioritize things like rest, healthy relationships, and our mental well-being.

We believe that wellness is deeply individual. One person’s path may call for meditation and therapy; another’s might call for me-time and regimented rituals. We create space for you to discover what works best for you. To help you find your way, we created 3 pillars of slow wellness.

Each pillar is created as an opportunity to learn more about yourself as you expand your mind and elevate your well-being.

More of this.

Less of That.

Our approach moves away from quick fixes that respond to and address the symptoms on the surface and targets the root cause of modern dis-ease. We use the inner, outer, and higher Self as pathways to meeting and nurturing our soul's deepest desires. The practice of slow wellness creates the conditions to experience more bliss and less stress in your body and life.

Three Pillars of

Slow Wellness

  • Self regulation of the mind and body.

Inner self practices balance caring for the mind with caring for the body. The intention is to nurture the central nervous system and develop the skills to self-regulate.

When our nervous systems are at ease, we're able to connect with the more subtle layers of our mind and body. In essence, we're able to connect more deeply with ourselves and others.

Mind-body (somatic) practices strengthen the physical body as you nurture the relationship with yourself. Cathartic release, self-awareness, and renewal happen as you move, breath, and anchor in the present moment.

  • Self keeping for healthy skin and deeper reverence.

Outer self practices are all about ritual - getting into the habit of caring for yourself with intention and purpose. Our skin is not only what we see in the mirror. It is our body's largest organ and how we connect with the world around us.

Skin is the bridge and barrier between our inner and outer environment. Our sense of touch feeds our brain a wealth of information and our complexions can act as a window to our internal system.

At first glance, Outer self-care may seem superficial, but may also be a gateway to deeper and more transformative self-healing.

  • Self exploration to become your most authentic Self.

Higher self practices draw inspiration from both ancient wisdom and modern science. From astrology to neuroplasticity - we find ways to practice spiritual hygiene and explore who we are and why we're here.

The Higher Self is the aspect of ourselves we cannot see. It is the part of ourselves that we expressed freely as children but hid away as adults.

The higher self is home to our intuition and the inner voice that guides us back to ourselves when we feel lost.
