The Well FAQs

  • Please do not attend The Well if you have COVID or suspect you have COVID or any other airborne pathogens such as common colds or seasonal flus. Masks are currently optional, but encouraged when not working out.

  • We know that life can be unpredictable and completely understand if you need to change or cancel your reservation.

    We ask our community to please honour our 12-hour cancellation policy for all bookings. If you cancel within the 12 hour window you will loose one class credit. All bookings are non refundable.

  • If a space opens in a class you are waitlisted for, you will be notified via email and/or text and automatically added to that class.

    This process works on a priority booking basis. Be sure to have your email notifications turned on! The waitlist closes 30 mins before the class starts.

  • To cancel, log in to your account via the app or web browser and view your upcoming classes listed underneath your schedule on your profile. The cancel button will be to the right. Be sure to cancel your booking within the 12-hour window to avoid losing your class credit.  

  • All session pack expire 6 months from the date of purchase.

    If you purchased a class pack and have outstanding sessions remaining after the expiry date, we will roll over the remainder of your sessions upon purchase of another class pack of equal or greater value.

    All sales are final and non-refundable

  • We recommend wearing clothing you are most comfortable moving and stretching in. All classes are practiced barefoot or with anti-slip grip socks with the exception of our condition-style classes which include the Rise and Lift classes.

    We only accept clean, indoor, non-marking running shoes for those classes.

    We provide you with all the props necessary for classes, including yoga mats. We also provide you with towels, shower access, and secure lockers that operate using your smartphone.

    You will only need to bring your selves and a refillable water bottle.

    If you are planning for a Rise or Lift class, bring indoor shoes too!

  • Please arrive 5-10 minutes early to class for a smooth check-in process. After class begins, we will not allow any late entries due to safety reasons.

    If you are coming to the studio for the first time, we ask that you complete the intake and registration forms prior to arriving to class.

 

Product FAQs

  • We are 100% cruelty-free. We do not conduct or support animal testing of any kind, nor have we allowed others to perform animal testing on our behalf. We will never resell our products in countries where animal testing is mandatory.

    With the exception of beeswax and beeswax derivatives, none of our ingredients are animal derived.

    Be sure to read the ingredient list if you are looking for vegan exclusive formulas.

  • Clean and eco designations are highly unregulated and primarily function as a marketing term. We aim to focus on the gender neutrality and eco inclusivity of our products. While many of our products are 100% natural, we do not consider ourselves an exclusively all natural brand.

  • Your body butter is completely safe. We use organic shea butter that is sensitive to temperature changes. This can cause the grainy texture to develop, but the butter and texture will melt on contact with your skin.

  • Kunye orders are shipped every Tuesday and Thursday via Canada post. All orders include a tracking number and shipping times vary within Canada.

    If you are ordering from outside of Canada, please note that you will be responsible for any additional fees that may occur such as duties and international taxes. Please email hello@kunye.co for shipping information.

  • Yes! You can pick up your online order are from our studio. Select the pick-up option at checkout.
