Fine Tune

Intensity: Slow - Sweaty

FINE TUNE is our Pilates-based program. The intention of this program is to help you develop functional movement patterns and strength as you align your posture and activate your core. Fine Tune workouts are focused and targeted, making them incredibly effective at transforming your stability, mobility, and mind/body connection.

Class Description

Our contemporary Pilates classes use both state-of-the-art equipment and your own bodyweight to create a mind-body connection like no other.

REFORM classes are done on the reformer, cadillac, chair, and barrel, and small props.

SLOW BURN classes are done on a mat using your bodyweight, and small props.

  • Our FOUNDATION class is all about holistic movement. We focus on postural alignment, flexibility, core activation, balance, and coordination.

Whether new to Pilates or returning after a pause, this class will unpack the basic principles of a successful Pilates practice. Gain confidence navigating our specialized equipment, and learn how to utilize it to meet your unique needs.

NOTE: This class is all levels and may be suitable for those with limited Pilates experience, reduced mobility or injuries.

If you enjoy a slower paced yet dynamic class, this is it.

  • Our PROGRESSION class is a studio staple. Explore complex sequencing and dynamic movements while focusing attention on core strength development, spinal mobility, and deeper body awareness. You'll leave this class feeling longer and more aligned as you move through the rest of your day.

NOTE: This class is best suited for those who have a solid understanding of the basic principles of Pilates and want to develop their practice. We recommend completing a minimum of four (4) FOUNDATION classes before joining.

  • REFORM: POWER is our most challenging and fast paced apparatus class. Using the chair, reformer, and jump board you’ll improve your agility and coordination, as you fire your fast-twitch muscles. This plyometric, workout is low-impact yet high intensity.

NOTE: This class is best suited for clients who are experienced with the listed equipment, confident with quick spring changes, and enjoy cardio/trampoline-based workouts.

  • Adapted for birthing humans in any stage of the journey, this Pilates apparatus class focuses on pelvic floor health and function, shoulder girdle stability and posture, safe core activations, and functional movements. Feel—and be—supported through pregnancy, labor, delivery, and beyond.

NOTE: Suitable for both pre and post natal bodies.

  • Prepare to burn slowly—and in all the right places. This mat + light equipment class tones muscles and activates your core from every angle. Move with intention through intelligent sequencing and dynamic postures for a satisfying full body workout.

Program:

Sweat

Intensity: Sweaty

CONDITION is our full body, high intensity, low-impact training program. These classes are our mindful take on traditional boot camp style classes and will develop your endurance, agility, athletic performance and strength.

Class Description

Low impact can have a profound impact. Such is our approach to low impact, high intensity fitness. Using the rebounder (a miniature trampoline), these classes offer a fun, full-body workout that will leave you feeling elevated inside and out.

  • RISE is our musically-driven rebounder class. Increase agility and balance as your heart gets an aerobic workout. Not only does it stimulate lymphatic drainage and improve pelvic floor health, this total body workout will leave you feeling good—emotionally and physically.

  • Challenge your heart, lungs, and stamina with CONDITION—a fitness class to rival any bootcamp. Using weights, bands, plyometrics, and time intervals, you’ll sweat alongside your community, while building strength, endurance, and athletic performance.

Program:

Open

Intensity: Still-Slow

Open is our inward focused program. These practices are designed to release physical and emotional tension while regulating your nervous system. Innately meditative and accessible, OPEN is for all levels and abilities.

Class Description

What does it mean to be truly grounded? That’s the focus of our OPEN practices. Explore your inner self and connect with your Higher Self in a supportive and guided environment.

  • Informed by vinyasa and hatha yoga practices, SLOW DOWN: POWER FLOW is where calming breathwork meets accessible postures to bring you into a state of moving meditation and dynamic stretching. You’ll find relaxation, flexibility, and strength in this practice.

  • Informed by pilates, yoga, and functional mobility training, SLOW DOWN is a dynamic stretching class designed to help improve your flexibility and range of motion, reduce pain, and improve your movement and stability patterns.

  • Move beyond muscle, and release your fascia, tendons, and ligaments. UNWIND: MFR invites you to slowly hydrate your connective tissue and increase your capacity for change. Using myofascial release (MFR) techniques, this class will help reduce pain and inflammation—and increase flexibility and performance.

  • Inherently meditative, our YIN Yoga class is a series of long-held, passive floor poses that serve to release tension in the shoulders, neck, hips, and back. With gentle application of tension and load to the fascia (connective tissues), he body responds by making the tissues a little longer and your flexibility is sure to increase.

  • Find deep inner stillness—for the mind and body—through breathwork, meditation, and somatic tools. Using internal sensing, visualization, touch, and, restorative movement, this class will rebalance your central nervous system and promote calm.
