At The Well, we provide guidance for all levels of practice and encourage you to tune into what feels best for your body. Our certified guides are educated across various modalities and our class schedule offers a dynamic range of intensities ranging from still, to slow, to sweaty.

Our class sizes are intentionally small so that you feel like part of and not one of. Our community is diverse, inclusive, and supportive with classes to meet all levels of movers.

We’ve created programs with clear intentions to help you align your practice with your needs and goals. Within each program are a variety of classes to choose from.

Our experience is multi-sensory. Music, sound, breath, and dynamic movement interrupt the chatter in your mind to anchor you in the present and give you the physical and mental results you desire.
