Practice With Me

Private and public sessions

Private Classes :
Your space. Your equipment. Your practice.

Private sessions are one-on-one sessions with me built around your body, your goals, and the equipment available to you.

Online
Train with me from your own home or home gym. Virtual sessions are particularly well suited to people who already have equipment and want expert guidance in using it well. I'll coach your movement, technique, loading, progressions, and modifications in real time, just as I would in the room with you.

Have a home gym? Let's use it.

I teach across mat and apparatus Pilates, functional strength training, mobility, and recovery, depending on your goals and the equipment available to you.

That might mean working with your reformer or Pilates apparatus, dumbbells, kettlebells, resistance bands, bench, cable system, or other strength equipment already in your home gym.

You don't need a specific setup to work with me. We build the session around what you have.

“Melissa provides a unique experience, creating a mind and body connection that results in the participants gaining perspective and an understanding. Especially valuable is the information she shares on body dynamics and physiology.”

What People Are Saying

“I assumed I was doing enough to manage tightness, but this class showed me how much tension I had been holding in my hips and legs. The combination of slow, intentional movements and targeted pressure using the tools allowed my muscles to release in a way that stretching alone never achieves. Melissa was knowledgeble and guided us through each step with a calming presence and breathe through the challenging moments. By the end I felt lighter, more mobile, and genuinely restored. It was an amazing experience!”

— Claudia, Vancouver

“Melissa provides a unique ball rolling experience, creating a mind and body connection that results in the participants gaining perspective and an understanding of how ball rolling can benefit areas of the body that are often overlooked during normal stretching or rolling routines. Especially valuable is the information she shares on body dynamics and physiology.”

— SUE J, VANCOUVER

“Melissa’s explanations were very clear and the structure made a lot of sense. She made sure we felt supported and provided one on one assistance as needed to ensure we used correct form. I had done some bodywork as part of physiotherapy but didn’t feel empowered or knowledgeable enough to do it on my own time, so this was really helpful. I’ve already highly recommended the workshop to my partner and friends as they are all active people who maybe need a bit more time spent on recovery and could use opportunities to slow down.”
