Melissa guides participants through breathwork, gentle body-focused somatic techniques, and intentional stillness to cultivate present-moment attention, reduce stress, and enhance clarity. This session provides practical tools to observe thoughts and sensations without judgment, regulate the nervous system, and restore a sense of calm and balance. A restorative pause for both body and mind.

      • Yoga blocks or books to elevate the body where needed

    • Comfortable clothing that allows for easy movement and deep breathing.

    • Water or herbal tea to stay hydrated before and after class.

    • A quiet space where you can unwind and be uninterrupted for the duration of the session.
