A guided meditation session rooted in mindfulness and somatic awareness. Melissa guides participants through breathwork, gentle body-focused somatic techniques, and intentional stillness to cultivate present-moment attention, reduce stress, and enhance clarity. This session provides practical tools to observe thoughts and sensations without judgment, regulate the nervous system, and restore a sense of calm and balance. A restorative pause for both body and mind.

The Still Point

Water or herbal tea to stay hydrated before and after class.
