    • Optional props to support your body in relaxation:

      • Blanket or towel for warmth and comfort

      • Bolster or firm pillow for gentle support

      • Yoga blocks or books to elevate the body where needed

    • Comfortable clothing that allows for easy movement and deep breathing.

    • Water or herbal tea to stay hydrated before and after class.

    • A quiet space where you can unwind and be uninterrupted for the duration of the session.
