Yoga or exercise mat — a comfortable, non-slip surface for your practice.
Optional props to support your body in relaxation:
Blanket or towel for warmth and comfort
Bolster or firm pillow for gentle support
Yoga blocks or books to elevate the body where needed
Comfortable clothing that allows for easy movement and deep breathing.
Water or herbal tea to stay hydrated before and after class.
A quiet space where you can unwind and be uninterrupted for the duration of the session.
