This session combines breathwork, myofascial release, and gentle mindful movement to dissolve tension, restore calm, and leave you feeling renewed from the inside out. Melissa guides participants through targeted release in the back, shoulders, hips, and legs, unlocking deep relaxation even for those who find traditional yoga or meditation challenging.

This experiential session requires minimal physical exertion and no prior experience. Participants leave feeling lighter, more present, and equipped with practical tools to support ongoing self-regulation, stress management, and overall well-being.

Must be booked a min 3 months in advance to ensure myofascial tool delivery.
