Breathing Room is a guided breathwork session designed to activate the parasympathetic nervous system and restore calm, balance, and clarity. Melissa leads participants through gentle, intentional breathing practices that ease stress, regulate energy, and cultivate grounded presence — a restorative pause to slow the mind and settle the body. Unlike high-intensity or stimulating breathwork, this session focuses on deep relaxation and sustainable nervous-system regulation, leaving participants refreshed, centered, and fully present.
