What You’ll Need

  • A comfortable seat or mat — choose a position that supports both ease and stability (lying down or seated upright).

  • Optional props for comfort and grounding:

    • Blanket or shawl to stay warm

    • Cushion or pillow for back or neck support

    • Eye pillow or soft cloth to reduce visual stimulation

  • Loose, breathable clothing to allow the diaphragm and ribcage to expand freely.

  • Water or herbal tea to sip before or after the session.

  • A quiet space where you can soften distractions and fully arrive in your breath.

A guided meditation rooted in mindfulness and somatic awareness. Melissa guides participants through breathwork, gentle body-focused techniques, and intentional stillness to cultivate present-moment attention, reduce stress, and enhance clarity. This session provides practical tools to observe thoughts and sensations without judgment, regulate the nervous system, and restore a sense of calm and balance. A restorative pause for both body and mind.
