I’m a Somatic educator, mindful movement guide, and creator of Slow Wellness. This guide is something I created inspired by the original TikTok trend. I added my somatic take on the menu to create something that the depth and potency I seek in my self-care practices.
It is by taking into consideration all aspects of a persons ‘being’ — the inner, outer, and higher — that I support the humanity behind the human and encourage the mind and body to slow down, align, and restore homeostasis.
