All of our cardio offerings are our low-impact and high intensity. These classes are musically driven and time-based with the intention of getting your heart rate up as you strengthen your body. These mixed equipment classes use tools like rebounders, kettle bells, bands, and other functional equipment for fun and efficient workouts that rival any bootcamp.

Slow Wellness is our workshop and special events series. The intention is to guide you toward a deeper understanding of your body through exercise breakdowns, movement exploration and deeper mind-body connections.
